By accessing BDFun Club (bundfunclub.app), creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited. Two separate accounts sharing the same address or device may also be considered duplicate accounts.

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number.
• KYC (identity verification) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your responsibility.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party.

Bdfun club supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking services. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure your account has at least one successful deposit and that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.

BDFun Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus has its own terms, and it's important to read them carefully before opting in.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.

• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• bdfun club reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the associated account will be closed.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from free spins.

All games on bdfun club are provided through internationally licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly audited by independent third parties.

Bets placed on Sports Betting cannot be changed after confirmation. If an event is cancelled, the wager will be refunded. For live betting, if odds change due to server delay, bdfun club will pay out based on the last confirmed odds.

• Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If your internet connection is interrupted, the result of the ongoing round will be saved on the server.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, that round will be cancelled and all wagers refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BDFun Club platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through theft or fraud.
• Hacking an account or using another person's identity.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in game systems or software.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Helping anyone under 18 open an account.

Bdfun club reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account at any time and for any reason. Members will generally be notified via email or SMS before an account is closed, though in urgent cases suspension may occur without prior notice.

Members may also close their own account by contacting our support team. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Balances in accounts closed due to rule violations will not be refunded.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months).
• Voluntarily closed accounts can be reopened — simply contact our support team.

BDFun Club takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Data collected at registration is used solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement.
